• All returned items are professionally cleaned, refurbished, and either resold, donated, or recycled
• Credits are non-transferable and subject to our refund policy

Items must be in returnable condition as determined by our quality assessment team. We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet our standards.

6. Impact Tracking and Data

As a community member, you can track your environmental impact through our platform. Impact metrics include:

• Water saved (liters)
• CO₂ avoided (kilograms)
• Toxins reduced (percentage)
• Items refurbished through Plan C

Impact data is calculated based on verified production processes and third-party certifications. While we strive for accuracy, impact metrics are estimates based on industry standards and our verified supply chain data.

7. Membership and Community Access

NOTOXIC® Universe operates as an invite-only community. Membership benefits include:

• Access to all brands within the NOTOXIC® community
• Early access to product launches and exclusive offerings
• Impact tracking and personal sustainability dashboard
• Participation in Plan C circular economy program
• Community features and member-exclusive content

We reserve the right to modify membership benefits, suspend accounts for violations of these terms, or terminate membership at our discretion.

8. Returns and Refunds

Due to our made-to-order production model and commitment to minimizing waste, traditional returns are not supported. However:

• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items will be repaired or replaced at no cost
• Eligible items may be returned through Plan C for credits or donation
• Refund requests for defective items will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
