The take-back program that closes the loop on every NO TOXIC® product. Every item designed to come back. Plan C is the route.
How it works
Initiate the return
From your account, schedule pickup or drop off at a partner location. The system generates a return manifest with grading criteria attached.
Graded at the facility
Items are inspected and graded A-D by trained operators. Photos and grade rationale go to your account for review.
Credit or donate
Credits land in your member balance. Donations route to a Foundation program of your choice: water work, women's enterprise, or regenerative farming.
Follow it through
Track when your A-grade item gets refurbished, or when your D-grade item completes responsible disposal. Chain of custody is visible.
What you get
Graded A through D
Returns are inspected and graded. A is refurbished, B and C are upcycled or component-recovered, D is responsibly disposed. The grade determines credit value.
Nothing to landfill
Every grade has a defined material destination. Chain of custody publishes when each shipment completes.
Credit or donate
Choose credit toward your next purchase, or donate the value to Foundation's water work, women's enterprise programs, or regenerative farming transitions.
